Pizza is a great option and you can make it at any time of the day, especially as a lunch. The good thing is that you can prepare it in a healthy and delicious way. Try these easy recipes for quick, tasty and healthy pizza.

Mini Veggie Pizza 15 Minutes 

This is a great pizza to make when you don’t have time to make lunch. It is easy and quick to prepare, allowing you to put in any vegetables you want.


  • Flatbreads or pitas
  • Marinara sauce (basil pesto or garlic scape pesto)
  • 1 garlic
  • green pepper
  • mushroom
  • Favorite vegetables (red onions, broccoli)
  • Some hot red peppers

to prepare:

Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Put the flatbread or Arabic bread in a frying pan and add the marinara sauce (basil pesto, garlic pesto, or both). Cook some minced garlic, green pepper and some mushrooms in a little olive oil for 3 minutes. Add vegetables on the face and add hot pepper.

White vegetable pizza 


If you are in the mood for a delicious white pizza, this is the easy way to make it.


  • 1 eggplant – cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 2 portobello mushroom caps (stems and ribs removed)
  • olive oil spray

Ricotta mixture:

  • ¼ cup organic ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Organic Parmesan cheese
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon. garlic powder


  • ½ cup organic mozzarella
  • Broccoli
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

to prepare:

Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray the eggplant and mushrooms with oil. Bake at 400 until set, about 5 minutes. Mix the ricotta mixture together and set aside. Boil the broccoli, then drain it well. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. When the eggplant and mushrooms are cooked, add the ricotta and mozzarella mixture. Put it in the oven again until the cheese melts. Serve with broccoli and enjoy!

Mango – Basil Pizza Tortilla 


Here’s a fun lunch recipe for healthy pizza, just like a restaurant. It’s a creative and easy to prepare recipe, and it’s also very tasty and healthy.


  • 4 small tortillas
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/3 cup cubes
  • 2 tablespoons minced basil (dried or fresh)
  •  Salt, black pepper, red pepper, thyme optional and to taste

to prepare:

Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the tortillas on a tray and spread about 2 tablespoons of the sauce on each tortilla. Then sprinkle about 1/4 cup of cheese for each tortilla.

Add mango cubes evenly. Sprinkle each tortilla with chopped basil, optionally season with any remaining seasoning to taste. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the edges of the tortillas begin to turn brown. Serve the mini pizza right away, it’s even more delicious warm and fresh.
