4-minute fat burning workout to replace 60 minutes in the gym
High intensity workouts aren’t for everyone, but that doesn’t mean you should stop exercising. This 4 minute workout consists of 5 exercises that can help you get in great shape.
To be honest, 4 minutes is nothing for a toned body.
Do one set of each exercise for the appropriate amount of time (without rest in between).
If you have more than 4 minutes, rest for a minute at the end of the circuit, then repeat again. Complete this exercise 3 times a week to see better results.
4 Minute Fat Burning Workout:
1. 60 seconds squat
Squats are the best! It activates every muscle in your body and can definitely help you tone your body! Squat as deeply as possible, keeping your lower back straight.
2. 30 seconds push ups
Sit in a push-up position and lower your body. Push through your chest, shoulders, and triceps to return to the starting position, keeping your body straight.
3. 30 seconds mountaineer
Enter the payment mode as in the image above. Bend one knee and bring that leg toward your chest. Do the same with your other leg.
4. 60 seconds of walking lunges
This exercise is well known and will give you a perfect shape and toned look. Take a wide step forward with your left leg, then repeat with the other leg.
5. 60 Seconds Jumping Jacks
Jump while simultaneously raising your hands above your head.
